Jay has been in the plumbing industry since 1985 and has worked for Western Sales & Services since March of 1989. He was promoted to our salesman position back in January of 2018 but still provides plumbing services to our customers from time to time. Jay has his master plumber card and his journeyman gas card. Jay got the majority of his training on the job and from company supplied certification classes.
