Josh has been in the HVAC business since he was a child helping his father in his HVAC business in West Alabama. He and his father spent countless weekends and holidays in attics and crawlspaces and that’s where Josh’s interest in the industry began. After high school he attended college and after graduation worked for a couple of different supply houses distributing HVAC and plumbing material and equipment in Atlanta and Birmingham. One of his customers in the Birmingham Market was Western Sales and Service and the owners were looking for an exit strategy and that was when Josh made the leap and joined Western. Josh has been at Western since April of 2012 and became the President of Western in December of 2015.
