And even though they were short handed and had a full day already scheduled Louis came to my house late in the day and it was cold outside as well. All that said, he was very pleasant and patiently looked over my heat pump and repaired it. He also took his time to explain to me what was wrong where I could understand what work was done. Also he took the time to tell me how to avoid having the same future repair. This is the 2nd time I have used Western and I highly recommend them to anyone considering work done to repair an existing appliance or to install something new.”
