“I was referred by two co-workers about Sales and Service. I have been pleased each time I’ve had to use them to service my AC. Each time the technician come out they are very professional, does great work, take pride in the service they perform. I be on their every move. When Ray arrived at my house, I let the garage door up, I said you see those sticky pads I got down there, my garage door does not stay up. He said I don’t have a problem with that. The customer service Rep that answer the phone was EXCELLENT! I was so impressed, how the moment she answered the phone, no attitude just a friendly voice, I called about 3 or 4 times in one day. NEVER had an attitude. I to am a customer Serv rep, but I am nothing like her as a matter of fact I felt a little shame.”
