When two of our A/C units had to be replaced, Jay came out, assessed ours needs and problems and recommended a reasonably priced solution. He could have recommended top of the line equipment but for our needs he was sensible, rational, and considerate. The men who installed the systems were courteous, informative, pleasant, skilled, and thorough. Some of the ducting that was installed when we built our home was poorly designed, resulted in inefficient flow to some rooms, and never produced adequate cooling in those rooms. Western replaced and reworked the ducting, inspected ducting on vents which had developed molding (were not insulated properly), and achieved much more appropriate air flow and cooling to areas that never had had it before.
