“We contacted Western at the enthusiastic suggestion of a friend who is a realtor. We needed to replace our ancient HVAC system, to replace the existing fiberboard ductwork with metal ductwork, to replace our hot water heater, and to clean out the sluggish drain lines of our plumbing system. I hadn't heard of Western Sales & Service until my friend mentioned them, so I consulted two other companies as well — both well-known companies and “industry leaders” in this area. With Western I got a more thorough inspection of the heating system, a more thoughtful consideration of our set-up, and a clearer explanation of the options. After speaking with all three companies, I had pretty well decided to use Western unless its quote came back significantly higher than the others. In fact, Western’s quote was the lowest of the three.
Josh and his wonderful team of technicians were a pleasure to work with! Every Western employee who came over was lovely, hardworking, clear in their explanations, and thorough in pursuing a high standard of work. They really went above and beyond on every aspect of our project.
Our home is much more comfortable now that we have a properly balanced HVAC system, evenly-heated water, more robust bath fans, and quickly-draining water pipes. We’ve kicked ourselves for not having taken the plunge sooner on replacing the old equipment! It has been a year since we had the work done, and everything continues to function well.
I can’t recommend Western more highly! I will be calling them for all of our HVAC servicing and plumbing projects in the future.”
