“My wife and I recently moved to Birmingham. When our heatpump system failed, I read the online reviews and choose Western Sales and Services. On Friday afternoon I called Western hoping for service the following Monday.
I was pleasantly surprised when their dispatcher said she was able to send somone out that afternoon.
Dave, the technician arrived in less than an hour.
He quickly diagnosed a failed board in our outside air conditioner. He quoted me a very reasonable price and obtained and repaired the unit by 4:30 that afternoon.
Throughout the process Dave kept me well informed of what he was doing. I am so impressed by his professionalism and my whole experience with Western that I will call on them again!”
