“Ashley inspected the furnace issue to determine the fix. I already took care of one possible culprit, but that didn’t solve it. My next step was to replace the ignitor, but I couldn’t get one delivered quick enough. At least 5 days out for delivery. The furnace is an older Armstrong unit, so that may have been the timing issue for a part. Rather than wait I called for help and Ashley came out. He determined fairly quick that it was our thermostat and not the furnace. New thermostat took care of it. I appreciate the honest help.”
