“Jay was able to set a good day for us to have new system installed, then arrived on time the day of installation along with Robert; Frank joined later. Old system was removed from attic through relatively small space and replaced with new system; outside system also replaced. Techs took care to keep house very clean – honestly surprised we didn't even have a small piece of attic insulation on the floor when they left! Outside unit required additional concrete blocks to support off the edge of previously laid pad. Great job for a fair price.”
