I had to leave for an MD appointment while he was still working so I didn’t talk with him after he completed the job. “Western was able to send someone out within about 4 hours after calling them about our non-cooling air conditioner. This was very good since it is going to 95 today. Clay did a good job on the repair having to crawl into a tight place in the attic to make the repair. I also really like the Edenton special $50 service call fee and the additional charge was reasonable.”
