“This is my second review about Frank Ray’s visit a couple of weeks ago. In addition to doing the summer a/c maintenance, Frank was asked to check why our master bedroom felt so hot. After his evaluation he said that everything was fine with the a/c unit and the insulation. He just said that for the way our house was constructed, he would suggest to set up the thermostat upstairs about 2-3 degrees warmer than the one downstairs (and provided an explanation on why).
We followed his recommendation and we felt the difference immediately. This shows that Frank not only knows about his job but also, that he is a professional and a very honest person.
